Here are some new photos from Caban Condos here in Mahahual, Mexico. I went there the other day to check on the progress on the construction, and to see if anything new is going on. It is my understanding that there are only two units left for sale, and there has been a lot of interest in Caban Condos here in the paradise, that is called Mahahual.
Construction is almost complete. Not only are there two condos left for sale, there are also long-term and short-term rentals available and if you are interested inquire to firstname.lastname@example.org. Parrish can handle any sales or rental requests you may have, in fact Parrish has moved to Mexico from Canada to manage the property full-time.
These condos will not last long because they some of the best in Costa Maya. They are reasonably priced and in a great location, with a fantastic view. Also the pool is great, and I sat by it the other day, and you can see the port.
The above photo is from one of my Facebook friends who owns a condo in Caban Condos, this is her view of the port from her condo on cruise ship day. Today was the first day we had 3 ships in one day at the port since last April. I will not post her name, but I sat and talked to her the other day by the pool, and she is very happy with her condo, and living in Mahahual. I think she plans on spending the winters here, and eventually moving here full-time.
For more information about Caban Condos you can go to their website :http://www.regalproperty.net/, the website has prices and all you need to know about the condos. Check it out, while there are still several for sale, and also for rent.
Note: First I want to say, I am way behind on this blog, and I am trying to catch up with my articles and subject matter. So I am sorry, but I have been very busy this week, high season has started, and I have been at the port all week, but that is another story I will share in the near future. I think Mahahual is about to explode with tourists, cruise ships, and people from the USA and Canada looking to live or retire here. In fact I heard today there is talk of expanding the port and adding another pier to accommodate more cruise ships,so stay tuned.
